  • Do you plan events other than weddings?
    We sure do! From parties of two, to costume parties, and NYE gatherings we’ve got you covered. Kaleidoscope Events will plan your event with the same level of detail and care as a Clinton wedding. Contact Us for one of a kind event planning.
  • Do I need a wedding planner?
    So, it’s possible we are biased, but you certainly do! Too many couples and first-time planners think that they can plan an event no problem. And while we are sure this is true, we typically hear afterward, that people wished they had accepted our services. Having a professional planner saves you time, money, and allows you to be fully present and enjoy your event!
  • What does a wedding planner do?
    Maybe a better question would be, “what doesn’t a wedding planner do?” Our team of experiences planners and coordinators help you and your loved ones focus your vision of your event and help make that an actuality by helping you hire the right vendors, get the right flowers, and deal with the overall logistics and sometimes headaches, that come with planning a big event.
  • Are there any ‘hidden fees’ when booking your services?
    No. During our consultation, we discuss fees, then post call you'll receive a quote for our services that includes any additional fees such as travel, rehearsal dinner management, etc.
  • How many weddings do you do each year?
    We pride ourselves on giving each of our clients the time and energy they deserve to plan their dream day. With this in mind, we are limited to 10-12 weddings in a calendar year. BOOK NOW-spaces fill up quickly!
  • Do you participate in styled shoots?
    Who doesn’t?! If you’re considering us for a styled shoot you’re envisioning, we’re honored! When reaching out to us regarding this opportunity, please include: your vision, proposed date/season, other vendors who are confirmed and others you're considering, and a moodboard conceptualizing the aesthetic you’re looking for.
